Married, an ex teacher and caught in a hotel room with 2 teenage girls and yet he continues on as an MP as if nothing happened.
Nothing short of scandalous. pic.twitter.com/CKZFg4KFFj

GW: The SNP appears to have a few questions to answer then. Looks like some SNP MPs are more inclined to spend their energy enjoying the benefits of their position for themselves rather than on representing their constituents.
Paedophile Actor Robert Hughes has been denied parole and will remain behind bars for now.
Convicted child sex offender and former Hey Dad! star Robert Hughes will remain in a NSW prison after his bid for parole was denied. The State Parole Authority (SPA) on Thursday determined that the 71-year-old “presents an unacceptable risk to community safety”.
Congratulations State Parole Authority for realising that a child sex offender is and always will be an unacceptable risk to community safety.
The SPA decided that, without “structured post-release plans” and parole supervision, Hughes represented an unacceptable risk to the community.
However it’s not our community that Hughes presents an unacceptable risk to. If released to parole, (Hughes) would (have been) deported immediately to the UK where he would not (have been) supervised, electronically monitored or required to comply with any conditions of his parole,” the SPA said in a statement. Pity the SPA can’t be this diligent when it’s our kids at risk from these monsters.
Hughes was a dual Australian-British citizen and during his time in prison, he had successfully applied to be transferred to a prison in the United Kingdom to serve the remainder of his sentence.
“However, three months ago Hughes suddenly withdrew his ITP (International Transfer of Prisoners) application and renounced his Australian citizenship and his Visa was cancelled,” SPA said in a statement.
The SPA was advised Hughes is no longer an Australian citizen and therefore, if released to parole, would be deported immediately to the UK where he would not be supervised, electronically monitored or required to comply with any conditions of his parole.
He will be eligible for parole every year from now until his sentence ends in 2024 meaning the brave women whose testimony put Hughes behind bars, will have to revisit their trauma every year to prevent his release.
Added to their pain is the fact that Hughes continues to deny his actions and despite being found guilty, he still claims his innocence.
Funny how child rapists and abusers always see themselves as the victims rather than those they actually harmed. Typical narcissistic behaviours.
Hughes was jailed for a minimum 6 years and a maximum of 10 years and 9 months in 2014, after a jury found the actor guilty of charges relating to sexual and indecent acts against four young girls in the 1980s and 90s.
A 2017 High Court challenge against his conviction was dismissed.
Make no mistake about it this man is guilty. He sexually abused four young girls, and is now exactly where he belongs !
Promise me no promises, So will I not promise you: Keep we both our liberties, Never false and never true: Let us hold the die uncast, Free to come as free to go: For I cannot know your past, And of mine what can you know?
You, so warm, may once have been Warmer towards another one: I, so cold, may once have seen Sunlight, once have felt the sun: Who shall show us if it was Thus indeed in time of old? Fades the image from the glass, And the fortune is not told.
If you promised, you might grieve For lost liberty again: If I promised, I believe I should fret to break the chain. Let us be the friends we were, Nothing more but nothing less: Many thrive on frugal fare Who would perish of excess.
WOOLWORTHS MOSSMAN QLD. Not one to be reduced to tears easily but good on the little Hitler at the self serve checkout today who had little, actually no tact.
